<h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> وصف الشركة انضم إلى فندق عضو في شبكة أكور، يضم المجموعة أكثر من 5,500 فندق، و10,000 مطعم ووجهة أسلوب حياة، في 110 دولة. هنا، نؤمن بك وبما تقدمه. هناك فرص تطوير وتقدم كثيرة. كل مشروع، وكل إجراء يساهم في خلق أثر إيجابي وملموس لعملائنا وزملائنا وكوكبنا كذلك. معًا، نجسد رؤية الضيافة المسؤولة. كن Heartist®، ودع قلبك يقودك في هذا العالم حيث الحياة تدق بقوة أكبر. وصف المنصب يجب عليه/عليها الحفاظ على السلامة المالية للفندق من خلال ضمان دقة تقارير الإيرادات، والضوابط الداخلية الصارمة والامتثال الكامل لمعايير مجموعة أكور المالية. يلعب مشرف/ة الإيرادات دورًا رئيسيًا في التحقق من تدفقات الإيرادات اليومية، ودعم الفرق التشغيلية، والحفاظ على معلومات مالية شفافة وموثوقة، مما يعزز اتخاذ القرار الاستراتيجي. المهام الأساسية : <ul><li>الإشراف والتحقق من جميع قيود الإيرادات اليومية الناتجة عن الإقامة والتموين والسبا وكل نقاط البيع الأخرى، مع ضمان دقتها وامتثالها لسياسات أكور.</li><li>إعداد ونشر تقرير الإيرادات اليومي، مع إبراز الفوارق والاتجاهات والنقاط التي تتطلب متابعة.</li><li>متابعة ومقاربة جميع طرق الدفع، بما في ذلك بطاقات الائتمان والنقد وملابس الهدايا ورسوم الاشتراكات والمعاملات عبر أطراف ثالثة.</li><li>مراجعة وتدقيق جميع الإلغاءات والتصحيحات والخصومات والمعاملات المجانية، مع التأكد من أنها مخولة وموثقة بشكل مناسب.</li><li>إجراء عمليات تدقيق دورية على عمليات الاستقبال والتموين والسبا والترفيه لضمان الالتزام بالضوابط الداخلية والإجراءات المالية.</li><li>التأكد من توحيد ودقة الإيرادات الناتجة عن PMS ونظام نقاط البيع (POS) والسبا وأنظمة أخرى، مع ضمان اتساقها مع دفتر الأستاذ العام.</li><li>المساهمة في عملية الإغلاق الشهري بتحضير قيود الإيرادات، المطابقات والجداول الملخصة.</li><li>التعاون الوثيق مع المدراء التشغيلين لحل فروقات الإيرادات وتحسين دقة عمليات المعاملات.</li></ul> المؤهلات الملف المطلوب : <ul><li>شهادة جامعية في المحاسبة، المالية، الإدارة أو تخصص مكافئ</li><li>خبرة مثبتة في المحاسبة الفندقية أو في قطاع الضيافة الفاخرة</li><li>معرفة جيدة بأنظمة ERP وبرامج المحاسبة الفندقية</li><li>إتقان ممتاز لأدوات Office وأدوات التقارير المالية</li><li>القدرة على إدارة الإغلاقات الشهرية والبيانات المالية بدقة ومهنية</li><li>مهارات تحليل مالي قوية</li><li>حس عالٍ بالتنظيم والسرية والالتزام بالمواعيد</li><li>مهارات اتصال وتنسيق ممتازة بين الأقسام</li><li>إتقان الفرنسية والإنجليزية المهنية</li></ul> </div>
