<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف العمل</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>فني صيانة معدات المطابخ والغسيل مسؤول بشكل أساسي عن ضمان التوافر والإتاحة والوظيفة الصحيحة والسلامة لمرافق الفندق الفنية المرتبطة بإنتاج الطعام والتخزين المبرد. سيعملون على معدات المطابخ (الطبخ، التحضير، الغسل/غسيل الصحون)، الغسيل/اللين، وخاصة غرف التبريد (تبريد موجب/سالب، المبخرات، التنظيم، إزالة الثلج، الإنذارات). سيقومون بإجراء الفحوصات والصيانة الوقائية، وضمان الصيانة التصحيحية واستكشاف الأخطاء بما يتوافق مع خطط الصيانة، والإجراءات الداخلية، ومتطلبات النظافة (سلسلة التبريد، سلامة الغذاء). في حالة وجود شوائب (عطل، انزياح الحرارة، إنذار، خلل في التنظيم)، سيطبقون إجراءات السلامة، رد فعل سريع، قفل/إيقاف عند الحاجة، والتنبيه للمشرف، مع ضمان تتبُّع التدخلات وامتثال المعدات.</p><p><strong>المهام الرئيسية:</strong></p><ul><li>إجراء فحوص وظيفية لمعدات المطبخ والمناطق المرتبطة (النطاق: غسل الصحون الاحترافي، معدات الإنتاج، التهوية/الاستخراج إن أمكن).</li><li>ضمان الرصد اليومي/المجدول لغرف التبريد والثلاجات: فحوصات الحرارة، الإنذارات، إزالة الثلج (إن أمكن)، الحالة العامة للوحدة.</li><li>التحقق من أنظمة التبريد وضبطها وفق الإجراءات: التنظيم، الثيرموستات/المسبار، عناصر التحكم، الصمامات (اعتمادًا على الموقع)، دوران الهواء، حالة المبخرات والمكثفات.</li><li>تشخيص الأعطال (الأعراض، الإنذارات، خلل التنظيم، فقدان البرودة) واقتراح/تنفيذ الإجراءات وفق مستوى التفويض.</li><li>إجراء الصيانة الوقائية: التنظيف الفني (حسب المنطقة)، الفحوصات، التفتيش، التحقق من السلامة، تخطيط التدخل.</li><li>تنفيذ الصيانة التصحيحية: استبدال قطع التآكل (بتفويض)، إعادة التشغيل، اختبارات التحقق.</li><li>المشاركة في التدخلات مع مقدمي الخدمات (التبريد، الكهرباء، الغاز، الأتمتة) وتقديم تقرير تقني واضح.</li><li>ضمان الالتزام الصارم بسلسلة التبريد: إجراءات السلامة في حالة الانحراف، الإنذار الفوري، تنظيم الاستمرارية إذا كان ذلك مطلوباً وفق الإجراءات الداخلية.</li><li>تطبيق قواعد النظافة الغذائية والإجراءات الداخلية (المناطق، النظافة، قيود خطة الإنتاج).</li><li>الامتثال لقواعد السلامة الكهربائية/الميكانيكية وسلامة مكان العمل (إيقاف/قفل إذا لزم، معدات الوقاية الشخصية، الإشارات).</li><li>ضمان التتبّع: إعداد تقارير التدخل، الملخصات، القراءات (درجات الحرارة/الفحوص)، تتبّع الأجزاء والمواد الاستهلاكية.</li><li>الحفاظ على أنشطة وقائية وتقارير محدثة.</li><li>المشاركة في التدقيقات الداخلية/مراجعة الجودة والتحضير للتحقق.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">المرشح المثالي</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>فني / دبلوم BTS في الصيانة الصناعية، الكهرباء والميكانيك والتبريد وتكييف الهواء، أو ما يعادلها.</li><li>من 2 إلى 5 سنوات خبرة في صيانة معدات تقديم الطعام/المؤسسات و/أو التبريد التجاري (يفضَّل في بيئة فندقية).</li><li>معرفة راسخة في الصيانة والتشخيص (كهرباء، ميكانيكا أساسية، تنظيم).</li><li>معرفة أساسية أو إجادة التبريد التجاري: تنظيم الحرارة، المجسات، المبخرات/المكثفات، إزالة الثلج، الإنذارات، مفاهيم الأداء.</li><li>القدرة على التدخل على معدات المطابخ/المؤسسات (الإنتاج، غسل الصحون الاحترافي إن أمكن).</li><li>التمكن من أدوات القياس (مولتيميتر وفق التفويضات، ثيريومتر/مسبار، قراءة الإنذارات والتنظيم).</li><li>القدرة على قراءة النشرات الفنية، المخططات، والرسومات البسيطة.</li></ul><p></p></section>
