Job Description: The Groups & Events Manager is responsible for handling and monitoring group and event requests from companies, from receipt to execution. They enter and track requests in the booking system, prepare sales proposals, coordinate with different departments, and ensure the smooth running of services to guarantee customer satisfaction and the growth of Groups & Events revenue.
