<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>المشرف على معالجة المياه مسؤول عن الرصد والصيانة وإدارة الفريق والعمل بشكل صحيح لجميع مرافق معالجة المياه في المؤسسة. يشرف مباشرة على فريق فنيي المسابح ومشغلي المسابح، منسقاً تدخلاتهم الوقائية والعلاجية، وضمان الامتثال الصحي، وتحسين المعدات، والالتزام بالمعايير البيئية والسلامة.</p><p>المهام الرئيسية:</p><ul><li>الإشراف والتخطيط وقيادة العمل اليومي لفريق فنيي المسابح ومشغلي المسابح.</li><li>تنسيق واعتماد جدول التدخل الوقائي (التنظيفات، غسيل الفلاتر) والدوائي (الأعطال، التسريبات، انزياحات المعلمات) لفريقه/فريقها.</li><li>ضمان التدريب المستمر لفريقه/فريقها على قواعد السلامة، والتعامل مع المنتجات الكيميائية، وخصوصيات مياه البحر.</li><li>مراقبة والاعتماد جودة تعبئة المياه (سواء كان استخراج مياه البحر أم إنتاج مياه عذبة مُنعمة).</li><li>إجراء وتكليف فريقه بإجراء اختبارات جودة المياه بدقة: الرقم الهيدروجيني، العسْرة (الصلابة)، مستوى الكلور، العكارة، إلخ.</li><li>الإشراف على التشغيل اليومي لأنظمة معالجة المياه: أجهزة التليين، وحدات التحليـل العكسي، الفلاتر، المضخات، أنظمة الكلور، الأشعة فوق البنفسجية، إلخ.</li><li>إدارة العلاجات الوقائية والتصحيحية للمسابح، النوافير الزخرفية، ومناطق السبا (الجاكوزي، الحمامات التركية).</li><li>مراقبة مياه الشرب، والمياه الساخنة المنزلية (DHW)، وشبكات التكييف/التدفئة (دوائر مغلقة، أبراج التبريد).</li><li>ضمان استمرارية التوزيع والضغط المناسب للمياه في غرف الفندق والمطابخ.</li><li>تطبيق بروتوكول الوقاية من المخاطر الصحية (الليجيونيلا): إجراء تفريغات منتظمة لشبكات/خزانات المياه الساخنة وتخطيط التطهير، وإزالة العكارة، أو الترسب.</li><li>المحافظة بدقة على سجل صحي ودفاتر التحكم للمؤسسة ككل.</li><li>الإبلاغ فوراً عن أي خلل أو خطر صحي لمدير الهندسة.</li><li>المشاركة الفعالة في عمليات التدقيق والضوابط من قبل السلطات الصحية أو السلامة.</li><li>إدارة التخزين، الإمداد، والاستخدام الآمن لمنتجات المعالجة الكيميائية من قبل فريقه/فريقها.</li><li>تقديم المشورة حول possible التحسينات لتحقيق优化 استهلاك المياه وأداء الطاقة للمنشآت.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">المؤهل المثالي للمرشح</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>دبلوم معالجة المياه / BTS، ماجستير في الكيمياء، صيانة صناعية، أو ما يعادلها.</li><li>شهادات أو تفويضات ذات صلة بمعالجة المياه (الليجيونيلا، التعامل مع المنتجات الكيميائية، إلخ).</li><li>من 2 إلى 5 سنوات خبرة في معالجة المياه، ويفضل في بيئة فندقية (فخمة/ثالاسو)، مستشفى، أو منتجع صحي حراري.</li><li>معرفة عميقة بعمليات معالجة المياه (فيزيائي-كيميائي، الترشيح، التطهير).</li><li>إتقان أدوات القياس، ومراقبة جودة المياه (pH، TH، الكلور)، والمخاطر الصحية (التهاب الرئة الليجيونيلي).</li><li>معرفة بقيود محددة مرتبطة بمياه البحر (التآكل، الملوحة، إلخ).</li><li>القدرة على قراءة المخططات الفنية، المخططات الهيدروليكية، وإدارة الطوارئ بسرعة.</li><li>إتقان مطلق لقواعد السلامة الكيميائية والبيولوجية.</li><li>روح الفريق وبالقيادة (القدرة على قيادة فنيي المسابح).</li><li>الدقة، الاعتمادية، التواصل الممتاز، والمبادرة.</li><li>إحساس قوي بالسلامة، منع الخسائر، وإدارة الجودة الشاملة.</li></ul><p></p></section>
