We are currently looking for a new member to join our Maintenance team as a Planner Engineer.</p><p><strong>Mission</strong></p><p>The Planner Engineer contributes to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes.</p><p><strong>Main missions:</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in the development and updating of maintenance ranges and intervention procedures.</li><li>Contribute to the optimization of work methods to improve equipment availability and reliability.</li><li>Ensure the monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance activities and propose corrective actions.</li><li>Collaborate with operational teams to identify and analyze malfunctions (e.g., 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto methods).</li><li>Participate in the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance plans.</li><li>Contribute to the digitalization and standardization of technical tools and supports.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Engineering degree (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or equivalent).</li><li>Good knowledge of breakdown analysis methods and process optimization.</li><li>SAP proficiency is a plus.</li><li>Analytical mind, organizational skills.</li><li>Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and communicate with different stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the technical feasibility of interventions.</li><li>Participation in development and continuous improvement projects for our maintenance projects.</li><li>Respect safety rules and promote a safety culture within the company.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to read and interpret technical plans and documents related to production equipment.</li><li>Ability to analyze and propose adapted technical solutions.</li><li>Knowledge of current standards and regulations in the field of Maintenance.</li></ul><p><strong>Tools and software to master:</strong></p><ul><li>Pack Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Technical drawing software (AutoCAD, Revit)</li><li>SAP</li></ul><p><strong>Behavioral skills (soft skills):</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent listening skills and analytical and synthesis mind.</li><li>Developed communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Cooperation and team spirit.</li><li>Organization and prioritization.</li><li>Autonomy and initiative.</li><li>Defect orientation and Saving orientation.</li><li>Adhesion and ethics.</li></ul><p></p></section>
