Job Description: The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures the daily cleanliness, maintenance, and impeccable presentation of guest rooms and public areas, in strict compliance with Sofitel and LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards. They supervise, train, and monitor the work of the cleaning teams and ensure smooth coordination with other departments, particularly the Spa & Thalasso, a unique feature of the establishment.Main Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor the daily cleanliness of rooms, suites, and public areas according to assigned sections. Train, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team; ensure the integration of new recruits and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure the proper use and management of cleaning products, linens, and equipment, with a focus on cost control and sustainable development. Coordinate with reception regarding room availability (OPERA status: Vacant/Dirty, Clean, Inspected, Out of Order/Service) and prioritize requests. Report and track necessary maintenance interventions in guest rooms and common areas.
