<section>وصف الوظيفةالأدوار والمسؤوليات<div class="paragraph">المهام الرئيسية:تشغيل الرافعة والتعامل مع الأحمالالواجبات (المهام والمسؤوليات)<ul><li>إجراء فحوصات ما قبل التشغيل لأداة الرفع (إلغاء الانسداد، الاستقرار، إلخ) وفحص حالة المعدات.</li><li>الوصول إلى الكابينة، إجراء اختبارات نظام النقل، ... وتشغيل الرافعة في وضع العمل</li><li>مناور الرافعة، وضع حجرة البكرة وربط الأحمال بالحمالة</li><li>رفع وتوزيع الأحمال في مواقع مختلفة</li><li>فحص حالة الرافعة، تحديد أي عطل والإبلاغ عنه إلى المدير</li><li>وضع الرافعة في وضع الإيقاف عن الخدمة وتنفيذ إجراءات السلامة في نهاية النوبة (توريد الطاقة الكهربائية، إلخ).</li></ul>إلى معايير QHSE<ul><li>الامتثال لتعليمات السلامة العامة والقوانين المعمول بها داخل الشركة وفي موقع المشروع;</li><li>تطبيق الإجراءات والقواعد المحددة ضمن إطار نظام الإدارة المتكامل;</li><li>ارتداء معدات الحماية الجماعية والفردية المناسبة على مستوى المشروع;</li><li>اتباع تعليمات السلامة المقدمة من المصنع، الواردة في دليل استخدام المعدات أو الآلة;</li><li>فحص حالة المعدات لضمان عدم وجود أي عطل قد يضر بالسلامة و/أو البيئة والإبلاغ عن أي شوائب لوحظت;</li><li>الصيانة الدورية للمعدات بعد كل استخدام، فحص والإبلاغ عن أي تسريبات (ماء، وقود، زيوت) لتجنب الهدر والتلوث البيئي.</li><li>تشغيل، مناولة واستخدام المعدات بشكل مهني وبعناية وبالتوافق التام مع قواعد السلامة;</li></ul></div></section><section>الملف المرشح المرغوب<ul><li>التدريب العام: 3AS</li><li>التدريب المهني: تدريب مشغل معدات ثقيلة</li><li>الخبرة المهنية: 3 سنوات</li><li>توفر: فوري</li></ul></section>

<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">Prepare machine programs (laser, CNC, press brake, turret punch). Optimize production processes and manufacturing time. Ensure the precision of produced parts. Collaborate with the production manager and machinists. Ensure the transformation of 3D plans from the design office into industrial manufacturing processes. Program parts with SolidWorks and prepare files for machines (laser, turret punch, press brake). Define and optimize stainless steel part manufacturing methods to guarantee precision, quality, and production efficiency. Work directly in the factory in coordination with production and machinists to ensure all parts are manufactured correctly according to technical drawings.</div></section><section>Desired Candidate ProfileEngineer or senior technician in mechanical engineering, mechanical manufacturing, or industrial engineering. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing of stainless steel industrial kitchen equipment. Proficiency in SolidWorks for part preparation and programming. Good knowledge of CNC machines (laser, turret punch, press brake). Excellent ability to read and interpret industrial technical drawings. Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to work between the design office and the production workshop. Real factory experience (not just theoretical) is essential. The candidate must be able to understand real part manufacturing and work directly with machines and production teams. We favor candidates who have already worked in the design or manufacturing of ovens, hoods, stainless steel tables, cold cabinets, or CHR equipment. The candidate must be serious, autonomous, and capable of quickly resolving technical problems to improve production and guarantee the quality of manufactured equipment.</section>
