<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span> What you´ll do </span><p>Sets direction and vision for the Cell based on the Site CBN and the Operations strategy<br> Lead and coach the Operators&nbsp; <br> Accountable for the development of the Operators according to the respective Skill Matrices</p><br> <p>Acts as a role model for Safety, Quality, lives and embraces Henkels values<br> Own and execute the daily/weekly/monthly L-DOR meeting and escalate need for help to the C-DOR meeting (via Cell Manager ). Ensures all the gaps/ losses are correctly addressed to specific resources and properly completed<br> Attend to the L-DOR meeting(s) every morning . <br> Be part (hands-on) of most difficult Problem Solving on Chronic losses<br> Coach the team in daily DMS execution (SIM, AM, PM, PS, …) and act on deviations <br> Support and manage the development and continuous improvement of standard work for all areas of the cell. <br> Work closely with the Process Engineer ,&nbsp; Quality, VSU Leader, Training Manager and HPS Engineer&nbsp; to analyze current performance and establish work activities to address losses<br> Review team questions and ideas<br> Provide support and resolve conflicts making sure the team can perform their tasks<br> Have 1:1 with all your direct report on a weekly or biweekly basis<br> Owns SIM <br> OTHER EXPECTATIONS<br> Strong process knowledge of the HPS Pillars: AM, PM. <br> Spend 80% of the time coaching on the floor<br> Ensure strict enforcement of safety and hygiene rules and instructions within their workshop or department.<br> § Ensure the wearing of the appropriate clothing and personal protective equipment provided to their staff and/or personnel working in their workshop or department.<br> § Ensure compliance with collective safety measures.<br> § Enforce the company's internal regulations, in particular the chapters relating to the SHE, as well as any notes or instructions dealing with this subject.<br> § Use any authority to stop any risky situation they observe within their area of authority.<br> § Inform their superiors, in a written report, of any breach or violation of safety rules and instructions by their staff, even those that have not caused a workplace accident.<br> § Comply with regulations relating to discharges.<br> § Comply with regulations relating to waste. § Comply with the issued SHE guidelines.<br> § Apply the instructions provided for AES management.<br> § Consult the WRA list.<br> § Participate in the continuous improvement of the ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001 management system.</p><br> <br><br> What makes you a good fit <ul> <li>General Education: Engineer (Industrial Process, Food Processing, etc.)<br> Professional Experience: 4 to 6 Years<br> Strong teamwork skills<br> Good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage personnel working on their machine<br> Knowledge of various production equipment<br> Meticulous execution<br> Ability to meet production objectives</li> </ul> Some perks of joining Henkel <ul> <li>Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs</li> <li>Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks</li> <li>Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares</li> <li>Attractive Medical Insurance for employees and dependents</li> <li>Competitive Religious Allowances</li> <li>Life Insurance</li> <li>Henkel Products / quarterly</li> </ul> <p>At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
