<h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> وصف الشركة انضم إلى فندق عضو في شبكة أكور، يجمع مجموعته أكثر من 5,500 فندق، و10,000 مطعم ووجهة أسلوب الحياة، في 110 دول. هنا، نؤمن بكم وبما تقدموه. فرص التطوير والتقدم عديدة. كل مشروع، وكل إجراء يساهم في خلق أثر إيجابي وملهم لعملائنا وزملائنا وPlanetنا أيضًا. معًا، نجسد رؤية الضيافة المسؤولة. كونوا Heartist®، ودعوا قلبكم يقودكم في هذا العالم حيث الحياة تنبض بقوة أكبر. وصف المنصب المهندس/ة الفني/ة لمعدات المطابخ والغسالات له المهمة الأساسية في ضمان توفر وفاعلية وسلامة التركيبات الفنية للفندق المتعلقة بالإنتاج الغذائي والتخزين البارد. يعمل/تعمل على معدات المطبخ (الطبخ، التحضير، الغسل/الغسيل)، والغسالة/الملابس، وخاصة على غرف التبريد (تبريد إيجابي/سلبي، مبخرات، تنظيم، إذابة الثلج، إنذارات). يقوم/تقوم بإجراء الفحوصات والصيانة الوقائية، ويقوم/تقوم بالصيانة التصحيحية والإصلاح بما يتوافق مع مخطط الصيانة، الإجراءات الداخلية، ومتطلبات النظافة (سلسلة التبريد، السلامة الغذائية). في حالة وجود خلل (عطل، فرط حرارة، إنذار، عطل تنظيم)، يطبق/تطبق إجراءات السلامة، الاستجابة السريعة، والتوقيع إذا لزم الأمر، وينبه المسؤول، مع ضمان تتبع التدخلات وامتثال المعدات. المهام الأساسية : <ul><li>إجراء فحوصات التشغيل الجيد لمعدات المطبخ والمناطق المرتبطة (حسب النطاق: الغسل/غسيل الأواني البرو، معدات الإنتاج، التهوية/الاستخراج إن أمكن).</li><li>متابعة يومية/مجدولة لغرف التبريد وخزائن التبريد: فحص درجات الحرارة، الإنذارات، إذابة الثلج (إذا كان ذلك موضع اهتمام)، الحالة العامة للوحدات.</li><li>التحقق وضبط أنظمة التبريد وفق الإجراءات: التنظيم، منظمات الحرارة/الحساسات، الأوامر، الصمامات (حسب الموقع)، دوران الهواء، حالة المبخرات والمكثفات.</li><li>تشخيص الأعطال (الأعراض، الإنذارات، عيوب التنظيم، فقدان التبريد) واقتراح/تنفيذ إجراءات وفق مستوى التأهيل.</li><li>إجراء الصيانة الوقائية: التنظيف الفني (حسب المناطق)، الفحوصات، المعاينات، فحص السلامة، جدولة التدخلات.</li><li>تنفيذ الصيانة التصحيحية: استبدال قطع التآكل (حسب السماح)، إعادة التشغيل، اختبارات المصادقة.</li><li>المشاركة في التدخلات مع مقدمي الخدمات (التبريد، الكهرباء، الغاز، التحكم الآلي) ونقل تقرير فني واضح.</li><li>التأكد من الالتزام بشبكة التبريد بدقة: وضع السلامة في حالة الانحراف، تنبيه فوري، تنظيم استمرارية الخدمة إذا لزم الأمر وفق الإجراءات الداخلية.</li><li>تطبيق قواعد سلامة الأغذية والإجراءات الداخلية (المناطق، التنظيف، قيود مخطط الإنتاج).</li><li>الالتزام بقواعد السلامة الكهربائية/الميكانيكية والسلامة في مكان العمل (التوقيع إذا لزم، معدات الوقاية، الإشارات).</li><li>ضمان التتبع: إعداد بطاقات التدخل، تقارير، تسجيلات (درجات الحرارة/التحكم)، متابعة القطع/المستهلكات.</li><li>تحديث الإجراءات الوقائية والتقارير.</li><li>المشاركة في التدقيقات الداخلية/مراقبة الجودة والإعداد للتحقق.</li></ul> المؤهلات الملف المطلوب : <ul><li>شهادة فني/تقني في الصيانة الصناعية، أو BTS في الكهرباء الميكانيكية، أو التبريد وتكييف الهواء، أو ما يعادله.</li><li>خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في صيانة معدات المطاعم/الجماعات و/أو التبريد التجاري (مثالي في بيئة فندقية).</li><li>معرفة قوية في الصيانة والتشخيص (كهرباء، ميكانيكا أساسية، تنظيم).</li><li>مفاهيم أو إتقان التبريد التجاري: تنظيم الحرارة، مجسات، مبخرات/مكثفات، إذابة، إنذارات، مفاهيم الأداء.</li><li>القدرة على العمل على معدات المطبخ/الجماعية (الإنتاج، الغسل/غسيل الأواني البرو إذا كان معني).</li><li>إتقان أدوات التحكم (ميغأومتر وفقاً للتأهيل، مقاييس حرارة/حساسات، قراءة الإنذارات والتنظيم).</li><li>القدرة على قراءة الكتيبات الفنية، المخططات والرسومات البسيطة.</li></ul> </div>
