<br><p><strong>About this opportunity</strong></p><br><br><br><p>We are looking for a Transport Solutions Sales Support (Customer Solution Responsible - CSR) to join our Sales organization and support the continued growth of Ericsson's Transport business in Algeria. You will work with strategic customers including ATM Mobilis, Ooredoo Algeria, and Algeria Telecom, helping shape and secure transport business opportunities through technical leadership and customer engagement.<br>Algeria is an important Transport business market within Market Area Europe, Middle East & Africa, making this a highly visible and business-critical role. As the Customer Solution Responsible (CSR), you will act as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with Account Managers, Pricing, Supply, Sourcing, Delivery, Product Management and Customer Support organizations to develop competitive end-to-end transport solutions based on Ericsson's industry-leading portfolio. </p><br><br><br><p><strong>What you will do</strong></p><br><br><p><br>• Act as the Customer Solution Responsible (CSR) for Transport opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle. <br>• Support sales teams by translating customer requirements into competitive technical solutions. <br>• Design and position Ericsson Transport solutions, including MINI-LINK, Router 6000 and RAN Connect portfolios. <br>• Lead the technical response for RFIs, RFQs and RFPs while coordinating cross-functional technical contributions. <br>• Prepare high-level solution designs, dimensioning, BoQs and technical proposals. <br>• Conduct customer presentations, workshops and technical discussions. <br>• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, understanding their network evolution strategies and business needs. <br>• Work closely with Product Management and R&D to communicate customer requirements and market feedback. <br>• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and promoting innovative transport technologies that enable high-performing 5G networks. </p><br><br><br><p><strong>The skills you bring</strong></p><br><br><br><p><strong>Must-have</strong></p><br><br><p><br>• Experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture or telecom network engineering. <br>• Strong knowledge of Ericsson MINI-LINK, Router 6000 and RAN Connect portfolios. <br>• Good understanding of microwave, IP and transport network technologies. <br>• Experience supporting customer tenders and RFP responses. <br>• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills. <br>• Ability to coordinate multiple teams while working under tight deadlines. <br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. <br>• Fluent English. </p><br><br><br><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><br><br><p><br>• Knowledge of Ericsson 3PP Transport portfolio. <br>• ETAC competence. <br>• Experience working with mobile operators.</p><br><br><p><strong>Why join Ericsson?</strong>At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity. We inspire.</b></span></span></span></p><br><br><br><p><strong><u>The Role:</u></strong></p><br><br><br><p>Supports successful delivery of the Education portfolio in Algeria through implementation of the country Education portfolio including delivery of British Council global programmes - student mobility, tertiary education partnerships, and non-formal education - and client-funded programmes in compliance with British Council policies and procedures. Responsible for financial administration, reporting and data collection, operational project delivery and managing relations with delivery partners.</p><br><br><br><p><strong><u>Main accountabilities but not limited to the following:</u></strong> </p><br><br><br><p>Managing self and others</p><br><br><ul><li>Holds vendors and suppliers to account for delivering services.</li><li>Has the ability to work independently and manage workload against project deadlines.</li></ul><br><p>Financial Support</p><br><br><ul><li>Plan and report on project financial plans and budget expenditure and forecasting to Programme Managers and Head of Programme Delivery; manages smaller budgets.</li><li>Maintain clear and up-to-date records on all financial transactions as per audit requirements.</li><li>Ensure relationships with vendors are maintained and payments are processed on time and in accordance with British Council financial management guidelines and standards.</li></ul><br><p>Project Management</p><br><br><ul><li>Responsible for data management including timely data entry, quality assurance of data, undertaking basic analysis of monitoring data, and developing progress reports to meet needs of funders.</li><li>Supports internal compliance such as due diligence, records management, data collection and storage.</li><li>Manages grants administration, selection & evaluation and procurement processes.</li><li>Manages events-based components and trainings within a programme.</li></ul><br><p>Relationship and Stakeholder Management</p><br><br><ul><li>Manages relationships with clients/partners/stakeholders at appropriate level.</li><li>Manages relationship with vendors and suppliers and holds them to account for delivering services.</li></ul><br><p>Equality, Diversity and Inclusion </p><br><br><ul><li>Actively contributes to an inclusive and anti-racist organisational culture, being aware of your own biases, and taking action to mitigate against these. Written and verbal proficiency in English is required.</li><li>Working Arabic and/or French is highly desirable</li><li>Experience of working in a supporting role on programmes or projects.</li><li>Administrative and financial administration experience.</li><li>Good understanding of basic concepts of monitoring and evaluation, and how they are central to good project management</li><li>Some travel and out of hours work may be required</li></ul><br><p><strong>Language Requirements:</strong> The British Council systems and global processes operate in English.
