Devenez un Heartist®, et laissez votre cœur vous guider dans ce monde où la vie bat plus fort.</p><br><br>Description du poste<br><br><p>Il/Elle assure l'organisation, la coordination et le bon déroulement des événements, conférences, mariages, séminaires et réceptions, tout en garantissant les standards de luxe et de qualité Sofitel.</p><br><p><strong>Missions Principales : </strong></p><br><ul><li>Superviser l'ensemble des activités banquets et événements.</li><li>Veiller à la bonne préparation des salles avant chaque événement.</li><li>Assurer la coordination entre Cuisine, Service, Technique et Commercial.</li><li>Garantir le respect des standards Sofitel et Accor.</li><li>Organiser les réunions de préparation avec les clients.</li><li>Élaborer et suivre les Banquet Event Orders (BEO).</li><li>Contrôler le déroulement des événements et anticiper les besoins des clients.</li><li>Assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle.</li><li>Encadrer les équipes de service banquets.</li><li>Organiser les plannings selon l'activité.</li><li>Former les collaborateurs aux standards de service.</li><li>Assurer la discipline et la motivation des équipes.</li><li>Contrôler les coûts opérationnels.</li><li>Optimiser la productivité des équipes.</li><li>Participer à l'atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d'affaires.</li><li>Veiller à la rentabilité des événements.</li><li>Respecter les normes HACCP.</li><li>Veiller à la sécurité des clients et des Heartist.</li><li>Contrôler l'état des équipements et du matériel.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><br><p><strong>Profil Recherché&nbsp;:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Au minimum Bac +3 en hôtellerie-restauration</li><li>5 années d’expérience minimum dont une expérience en management</li><li>Leadership et sens de l'organisation.</li><li>Excellente communication.</li><li>Gestion du stress et des imprévus.</li><li>Sens aigu du détail.</li><li>Connaissance des standards de l'hôtellerie de luxe.</li><li>Maitrise des Indicateurs de performance (KPI)</li></ul> </div>
