<ul><li><p>8 years' experience as a Power BI Developer/Dashboard Designer or<br>similar role —with a PL-300 certification considered a strong plus,<br>preferably within the Oil & Gas Construction Industry.</p><br></li><li><p>Requires a minimum of 3 years of extensive experience developing custom Microsoft Power Platform solutions—featuring advanced proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, and Power Pages), Power Automate for process automation, and a strong technical understanding of solution management, environment governance, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)—with a PL-400 certification considered a strong plus.</p><br></li><li><p>A thorough knowledge of Data and Analytics with solid experience in interactive dashboard and reports development.</p><br></li><li><p>Strong IT and coordination skills.</p><br></li><li><p>Enforce data security best practices</p><br></li><li><p>Monitor and optimize database performance</p><br></li><li><p>Strong qualitative, quantitative analytical & problem-solving skills.</p><br></li><li><p>Strong skills in Power BI, MS SQL, SharePoint, Excel, Power Platform including power Apps</p><br></li><li><p>Experience in Oracle's Primavera P6</p><br></li><li><p>Proficiency in:<br>o Power BI development, including report & dashboard creation.<br>o Power Apps development, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages.<br>o Power Automate for business process automation and cloud workflow creation.<br>o Data modelling and data visualization concepts.<br>o Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) & Power Query.<br>o Low-code expressions, JSON handling, and custom API connector integration<br>o MS Office (especially Excel).<br>o ETL Tools like SSIS or Similar tools<br>o ASP.NET, SharePoint, HTML, CSS, etc.</p><br></li><li><p>Some experience in the following areas:<br>o Reports Automation using SSRS, Power Bi Report Builder or similar tools.<br>o SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BusinessObjects Lumira.<br>o SAP Data Services & WEBI (BusinessObjects Web<br>Intelligence)</p><br></li><li><p>5 years in SQL for data manipulation and extraction</p><br></li><li><p>Excellent written and spoken English.</p><br></li><li><p>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.</p><br></li><li><p>Good supervisory skills.</p><br></li></ul>
