Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced International Payroll Supervisor to oversee payroll operations across multiple GCC countries. The role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for all employees in the region, while standardizing procedures and enhancing payroll efficiency across entities and countries.<br>Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise end-to-end payroll cycles across GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman). Ensure compliance with each country’s local labor laws, social insurance, tax, and end-of-service regulations. Consolidate monthly payroll data from multiple entities and ensure timely salary disbursements. Review and validate variable elements such as commissions, overtime, incentives, and deductions. Oversee submissions to authorities (e.g., GOSI, WPS, MOHRE, SIO, LMRA) and maintain statutory compliance. <span>Business Unit: Master works Function: Finance Level : Specialist Job location: HQ Job Purpose: Master Works is seeking a Financial Reporting Specialist / Accountant to join our Finance team.<br> The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.<br> Main Roles & Responsibilities Financial Statement Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements Perform month-end and year-end closing activities Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and other accounting adjustments Reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank accounts Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger Support internal and external audit requirements Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards and company policies Assist in financial analysis and reporting to management Coordinate with other departments for financial data collection Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies Support budgeting and forecasting activities when required Ensure timely submission of financial reports Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or GAAP Experience in month-end and year-end closing processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and coordination skills Technical Skills Financial statement preparation and reporting General ledger accounting Consolidation and intercompany reconciliation Balance sheet reconciliation Audit support and documentation Financial analysis and reporting Systems Knowledge Microsoft Excel NetSuite</span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
