<p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven HR Performance & Rewards Specialist to lead and manage the organization’s performance management and rewards processes. The person in this role will help us understand which products are performing well, which products should be pushed through marketing, which items need restocking, and what improvements are needed in website navigation and product discovery.</p><p>This is <b>not</b> a pure catalog-uploading role, a pure digital marketing role, or a traditional offline retail merchandising role.
