<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Supervise and inspect activities related to safety and production on the construction site, as well as assist in the management of local labor.</p><p>Participate in all safety controls (daily, weekly, thematic, holidays, and seasonal) and ensure follow-up of non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions.</p><p>Inspect and supervise high-risk work in the area of responsibility and ensure continuous site monitoring.</p><p>Maintain the safety supervision log and compile project HSE management documentation.</p><p>Participate in safety receptions and inspections in the assigned sector.</p><p>Review high-risk work permits and verify their compliance.</p><p>Participate in safety meetings and draft minutes.</p><p>Contribute to training, safety awareness, and technical briefing actions, then ensure archiving of corresponding documents.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>BAC+3 minimum in industrial safety, civil engineering, or safety engineering.</p><p>2 to 5 years of experience in construction site safety or construction projects.</p><p>Good knowledge of HSE procedures and risk management on construction sites.</p><p>Experience desired on large-scale projects, ideally with Chinese companies.</p><p>Proficiency in French, Arabic, and English.</p><p>Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.</p><p>Good coordination, rigor, and reactivity skills on site.</p><p>Driving license desired.</p><p></p></section>
