This role is critical to ensuring diagnostic excellence, launch readiness, and sustainable business growth in a competitive oncology landscape.</p> <p> </p> <p> <b>Key Responsibilities:</b> </p> <ul> <li>Lead the execution of promotional speaker programs and manage speaker training and materials.</li> <li>Drive stakeholder engagement with Key External Experts (KEEs), HCPs, and payers.</li> <li>Manage brand budgets, vendor contracts, and ensure optimal ROI from commercial activities.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Diagnostics, Medical) for integrated brand execution.</li> <li>Ensure excellence in diagnostic testing implementation and market readiness for product launches.</li> <li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics and adapt plans to achieve brand targets.</li> <li>Develop and execute territory and account plans (TAPs) aligned with business goals.</li> <li>Embed patient-centric strategies to improve engagement and treatment outcomes.</li> <li>Identify new market opportunities and contribute to long-term brand planning.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> <b>Job Requirements:</b> </p> <p> <b> <u>Essential Criteria:</u> </b> </p> <ul> <li>Internal applicants with minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and Minimum 3 years successful selling experience in AstraZeneca </li> <li>Level of higher education required (Doctor, Dentist, Veterinary ,Pharmacist or Biologist), commercial or scientific training being a plus.</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies, preferably within multinational companies.</li> <li>Oncology/Urology experience is a huge asset.</li> <li>Experience in a Managerial position is a must.</li> <li>Proven track record of sales execution and cross-functional project leadership.</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills including engagement with KEEs and payers.</li> <li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li> <li>High business acumen with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the oncology landscape and patient journey.</li> <li>Familiarity with diagnostic testing and companion diagnostics.</li> <li>Proficient in English Language.</li> <li>Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><br></p></div></section>

The position will support in contributing to the implementation of activities under programmes such as NAMAD III, as well as other initiatives related to livelihoods, reintegration, migration governance, and diaspora engagement. The incumbent will provide operational, administrative, and coordination support to assist in the timely and effective delivery of activities targeting migrants, returnees, and host communities, in close coordination with relevant programme units, including Assisted Voluntary Return &amp; Reintegration (AVRR), protection, and other thematic areas.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in social sciences, migration studies, economics, business administration or related fields from an accredited academic institution with three years of relevant professional experience.</li><li>High School diploma with five years of relevant professional experience.</li><li>Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.</li><li>Experience in liaising with governmental authorities, national/international institutions, United Nations agencies and non-governmental organizations;</li><li>Experience in working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking and other vulnerable groups; and,</li><li>Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of reviewing, verifying, and validating information and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and procedural compliance;</li><li>Has the ability to organise and coordinate multiple assignments while maintaining accurate records and meeting established deadlines;</li><li>Competent in applying established rules, procedures, and guidelines to process transactions and address routine operational issues;</li><li>Skilled in preparing clear and concise correspondence, reports, and supporting documentation using standard formats and templates; and.</li><li>Capable of establishing effective working relationships and communicate professionally with stakeholders from diverse cultural and organisational backgrounds.</li><li>For this position, fluency in French and English is required (oral and written).</li><li>Working knowledge of Arabic.</li></ul><p></p></section>
