<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">Supervise and inspect activities related to safety and production on the construction site, as well as assist in the management of local labor.Participate in all safety controls (daily, weekly, thematic, holidays, and seasonal) and ensure follow-up of non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions.Inspect and supervise high-risk work in the area of responsibility and ensure continuous site monitoring.Maintain the safety supervision log and compile project HSE management documentation.Participate in safety receptions and inspections in the assigned sector.Review high-risk work permits and verify their compliance.Participate in safety meetings and draft minutes.Contribute to training, safety awareness, and technical briefing actions, then ensure archiving of corresponding documents.</div></section><section>Desired Candidate ProfileBAC+3 minimum in industrial safety, civil engineering, or safety engineering.2 to 5 years of experience in construction site safety or construction projects.Good knowledge of HSE procedures and risk management on construction sites.Experience desired on large-scale projects, ideally with Chinese companies.Proficiency in French, Arabic, and English.Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.Good coordination, rigor, and reactivity skills on site.Driving license desired.</section>
