<p>Laborer and follow the production program according to orders, machine capacities (extrusion lines) and commercial priorities. Follow-up of manufacturing orders. Guarantee the achievement of yield and cadence objectives, and respect of deadlines. Organize; structure and supervise the human, material and raw material resources necessary for the realization of the production plan. Coordinate in case of unforeseen events (breakdowns, raw material shortages, absences) with maintenance and the sales department. Analyze production indicators (achievement, rejects, material consumption, machine stops) and propose corrective action plans. Ensure compliance with quality control requirements during and at the end of production (dimensions, appearance, color, and functionality of profiles). Handle product/process non-conformities, ensure root cause analyses and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Drive a continuous improvement approach for quality and scrap reduction and ensure its follow-up.
