<p><span>• Ensure the compliance of shipments (customs, local and international regulations).</span></p><br>
<p><span>• Manage the management of transport documents (LTA, BL, certificates of origin, etc.).</span></p><br>
<p><span>• Develop and implement logistics operations planning.</span></p><br>
<p><span>• Ensure the adequacy between human and material resources and the volumes to be processed.</span></p><br>
<p><span>• Supervise and motivate operational teams.</span></p><br>
<p><span>• Ensure ongoing training and skills development for employees.</span></p><br>
<p><span>• Manage planning and allocate tasks according to priorities.</span></p><br>
<p><span>• Act as the main point of contact for strategic customers.</span></p><br>
<p><span>• Handle specific requests, resolve incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.</span></p><br>
