<br></span><p>The HR Government Affairs Officer is responsible in managing and controlling the process of all activities that are related to the Government o?ces/agencies. The role oversees and ensures that responsibilities are executed in a timely manner, and provide the business with e?cient reports. The officer analyzes and interprets government policies, evaluate potential impact to organization's operation and reviews internal policies, plans, programs to ensure consistency with corresponding government regulations and laws.</p><br>
<br><br><u><b>Job Responsibilities 1</b></u>
<br><p>Monitor the implementation of an improvement process for all immigration and labor records to be tracked and maintained through the established organization system.</p><br>
<p>Assist in developing, managing, periodical review, and communicating Government relations policies and processes to ensure organization compliances.</p><br>
<p>Ensure to resolve immigration related issues in a timely manner.</p><br>
<p>Ensure proper dissemination and keep the HR team informed of significant problems that may jeopardize the achievement of Company goals, and those are not being addressed adequately.</p><br>
<p>Facilitate and attend to employee queries regarding details of immigration formalities, and entitlements.</p><br>
<p>Manage the processing of all immigration requirements in the most effective and efficient manner to expedite on boarding of new employees.</p><br>
<p>Ensure to update relevant business areas with issues, risks, and statuses of immigration/government processes and provide relevant solutions in a timely manner.</p><br>
<p>Ensure immigration processes are completed in minimal time including Resident Permits, Drivers Licenses, Visas, CID procedures etc.</p><br>
<p>Track and monitor relevant expiry dates and ensure that all time-sensitive documents and licenses are renewed ahead of</p><br>
<p>deadline to ensure full compliance and avoid fines.</p><br>
<p>Maintain employee files and documents relevant to immigration transactions.</p><br>
<p>In-charge of the preparation of the internal memos and responsible in the proper monitoring of the reference numbers assigned in all departments correspondences.</p><br>
<p>Arrange the labor contracts for signature and stamped before sending for attestation in the Labor Dept.</p><br>
<p>Ensure proper recording and updating the master files of exit permits, business visa renewal and RP renewal.</p><br>
<p>Keep abreast with current labor/ immigration laws and update the HR staff on any changes.</p><br>

<p>Job Purpose The Virtual Medical Representative is responsible for engaging Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) through approved digital and remote channels to deliver high-quality scientific and promotional interactions that support customer engagement, business objectives, and improved patient outcomes.
