Job Purpose
<br><p>Serve as frontline salesperson with responsibility for the execution of agreed sales and profitability targets within the assigned sales area. Will develop new business and support/expand the business with existing customers.</p><br><br><br>Key Responsibilities

<li>Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirement.</li>
<li>3 years' business-to-business, account management, or business development experience. Automotive collision-repair, vehicle-refinish, paint, coatings, or distribution experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Proven ability to develop new business while maintaining strong existing customer relationships.</li>
<li>Must possess commercial and business acumen as well as an understanding of cross functional processes and financial concepts related to sales and cost to serve.</li>
<li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage stakeholders.</li>
<li>Effective problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to drive results.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and project management skills. </li>

<br><p>The salary range for these skills is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 based upon experience. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
