<p>The National Sales Manager is directly responsible for the following results: Achieving national sales objectives in accordance with the approved plan. Ensuring the effectiveness of the national commercial strategy and its deployment in the different regions. Improving the performance of sales teams (national, regional and wilaya) as well as their productivity. Developing new markets and expanding activities in the Algerian territory. Ensuring continuity of relationships with major clients and retention of major contracts. Guaranteeing the quality of commercial reports and analyses transmitted to General Management. Improving the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the sales department. Ensuring follow-up of the execution of commercial markets and contracts and ensuring compliance with commitments.
