<p>As a Product Owner / Project Manager, you will be at the heart of the development and improvement of our digital products. Your role will be to bridge the gap between business needs, users, and technical teams, from identifying the need to putting it into production and monitoring the functionality.</p><p>You will participate in particular:</p><ul><li>Defining and evolving the product vision.</li><li>Identifying user and business needs.</li><li>Transforming these needs into concrete functionalities.</li><li>Prioritizing evolutions according to their business value, user impact, and complexity.</li><li>Managing and maintaining the Product Backlog.</li><li>Working daily with developers, designers, and stakeholders.</li><li>Monitoring developments and accompanying deliveries.</li><li>Participating in tests and functional validation.</li><li>Analyzing user feedback and identifying areas for improvement.</li><li>Monitoring product KPIs and measuring the impact of delivered functionalities.</li></ul><p>Your main responsibilities:</p><p><strong>Product Management</strong></p><ul><li>Gathering and analyzing business and user needs.</li><li>Defining functionalities and their objectives.</li><li>Writing User Stories and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Prioritizing and maintaining the Product Backlog.</li><li>Participating in the definition of the roadmap and releases.</li><li>Identifying opportunities for product improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborating with developers, Tech Lead, UX/UI Designers, and business teams.</li><li>Clarifying functional requirements with technical teams.</li><li>Facilitating trade-offs between business value, user experience, and technical constraints.</li><li>Ensuring development monitoring until delivery.</li></ul><p><strong>Quality & Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Participating in the functional acceptance of functionalities.</li><li>Verifying the conformity of developments with defined needs.</li><li>Identifying and tracking anomalies.</li><li>Analyzing user feedback.</li><li>Proposing improvements to optimize user experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Data-Driven Management</strong></p><ul><li>Defining and monitoring KPIs associated with functionalities.</li><li>Analyzing results after production deployment.</li><li>Identifying friction points in user journeys.</li><li>Using data to guide product decisions.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bac+3 Bac+5 in computer science, information systems, project management, digital, or equivalent field.</li><li>2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Digital Project Manager, or similar role.</li><li>Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly appreciated.</li><li>You have mastered or have a good knowledge of:<ul><li>Agile / Scrum.</li><li>Management and prioritization of a Product Backlog.</li><li>Writing User Stories and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Analysis and formalization of needs.</li><li>Software development cycle.</li><li>Functional acceptance and validation.</li><li>Project and product management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.</li><li>UX/UI and user journeys.</li></ul></li><li>A good technical understanding is a significant asset, especially for effectively communicating with developers and understanding technical constraints.</li></ul><p>Why join EmploiPartner?</p><p>You will have the opportunity to:</p><ul><li>Directly participate in the evolution of a digital product;</li><li>Work daily with Product, Technical, Design, and Business teams.</li><li>Contribute to functionalities with a concrete impact on users.</li><li>Evolve in an environment where ideas and initiatives are encouraged.</li></ul>
