Main Missions: Reconcile the invoices with the purchase orders and delivery notesManage supplier accounts and contribute to reconciliation processesEnsure compliance with company policies, internal control procedures and Accor standardsParticipate in the monthly closing proceduresProcess supplier invoices, expense reports, and payment requests reliably and on time.Maintain complete records and retain supporting documentation necessary for audits and complianceParticipate in the reconciliation process and the preparation of end-of-month accounts payable reports.Collaborating closely with the Purchasing, Receiving, and Operations teams to resolve payment-related issuesContribute to the preparation of VAT returns and other mandatory regulatory reports.
