<li>Coordinate with construction, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process teams to ensure smooth commissioning execution.</li>
<li>Monitor operational readiness of systems and equipment prior to start-up activities.</li>
<li>Ensure all commissioning operations are conducted in compliance with HSE regulations, company procedures, and project standards.</li>
<li>Participate in system walk-downs, punch listing, and close-out activities.</li>
<li>Support testing, flushing, cleaning, leak testing, and operational verification activities.</li>
<li>Assist in developing commissioning schedules, procedures, and operational plans.</li>
<li>Interface with clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve operational and technical issues.</li>
<li>Supervise operators and commissioning personnel during shift activities.</li>
<li>Monitor progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly commissioning reports.</li>
<li>Support troubleshooting and optimization during start-up and performance testing phases.</li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation and handover of completed systems to operations teams.</li>
<li>Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and commissioning coordination meetings.</li>

<p><strong>Education</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor s degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related discipline.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in commissioning operations, plant operations, or start-up activities.</li>
<li>Proven experience in Oil & Gas plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities, gas processing plants, or power plants.</li>
<li>Previous experience on EPC projects is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Experience in supervisory or operational leadership roles is preferred.</li>
<li>Site commissioning experience in Algeria or similar environments is considered an advantage.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of commissioning, start-up, and operational procedures.</li>
<li>Familiarity with process systems, utilities, and plant operations.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret:<br><ul>

<li>Process flow diagrams (PFDs)</li>
<li>Cause & Effect charts</li>
<li>Operational procedures</li>

<li>Knowledge of isolation procedures, permit-to-work systems, and lockout/tagout practices.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of DCS and control systems.</li>
<li>Experience with troubleshooting and operational testing activities.</li>
