<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph"><div>Job Description</div> The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing and retaining the hotel's corporate portfolio in order to maximize revenue from accommodation, catering, events and associated services. He/She actively contributes to the establishment's commercial strategy by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, while respecting the standards of the Sofitel brand. Main Missions: Develop and manage a portfolio of local and international corporate clients. To prospect for new accounts in order to generate additional revenue. Identify business opportunities and ensure the conversion of requests. Negotiating corporate contracts and annual pricing agreements Ensure commercial follow-up and loyalty of strategic accounts. Organize and conduct client meetings, site visits and sales presentations. Participate in trade shows, workshops and networking events. Collaborating with Revenue Management teams to optimize business opportunities. Working in coordination with operational teams to ensure an excellent customer experience Prepare commercial offers and ensure the administrative follow-up of files Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports Conduct competitive intelligence and monitor corporate market trends Participate in the development and implementation of the hotel's commercial action plan. Ensuring compliance with Sofitel brand quality and image standards <div>Qualifications</div> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in Business, Hospitality Management or a similar field.</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role within the hotel industry.</li> <li>Proven experience in corporate account management.</li> <li>Experience in luxury hotels or with an international brand is highly desirable.</li> <li>Excellent negotiation and business development skills.</li> <li>Good knowledge of the corporate market and hotel trends.</li> <li>Mastery of sales techniques and client portfolio management.</li> <li>Good mastery of office and CRM tools.</li> <li>Ability to analyze business performance and sales indicators.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.</li> <li>Strong communication and persuasion skills.</li> <li>Sense of organization and autonomy.</li> <li>Orientation towards results and achievement of objectives.</li> <li>Professionalism and excellent presentation.</li> </ul></div></section>
