<li>Act as Subject Matter Expert and develop civil/structural detailed drawings and procedures for the department. Support the organization for high-level technical tasks.</li>
<li>Perform all the necessary complex/high level analysis as per the applicable specification or codes along with computer analysis software e.g. STAAD for onshore and SACS for offshore.</li>
<li>Provide technical support in all sessions of Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), RHAZOP, risk assessment, lifting, excavation certificate, inspection program, etc.</li>
<li>Liaise with consultants or shareholders, represent LNG to external agencies, conduct technical presentations and support less experienced engineers to develop their capabilities.</li>
<li>Develop training programs to keep abreast of new technologies and mentor less experienced engineers to develop their capabilities.</li>
<li>Provide support to Operations Readiness Plan (ORP) process, following up on deliverables, meeting milestone target dates and ensuring proper handover/completion as per Company policy and procedure.</li>

<li>Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering.</li>
<li>8 years' experience in an oil and gas environment.</li>
<li>Experience in greenfield and brownfield Civil/Structural for both onshore and offshore facilities.</li>
<li>Knowledge of relevant International Codes & Standards such as BS, ASCE, ACI, AISC, UBC, API RP, etc.</li>
<li>Fluent in English language (demonstrated verbal and written skills).</li>
<li>Computer literate, and competent with a variety of engineering software tools.</li>
