Description du poste Le Responsable Informatique assure l’organisation, le suivi et la mise en œuvre de toute l’infrastructure système et informatique de l’hôtel. Principales missions :  <ul><li>Superviser et maintenir les systèmes informatiques de l’hôtel</li><li>Gérer les réseaux, serveurs, systèmes Wi-Fi et équipements informatiques</li><li>Assurer le bon fonctionnement des logiciels hôteliers</li><li>Garantir la sécurité des données clients et des systèmes informatiques</li><li>Fournir un support technique aux différents départements de l’hôtel</li><li>Coordonner les installations, mises à jour et maintenances des équipements IT</li><li>Gérer les sauvegardes et les plans de reprise après incident</li><li>Collaborer avec les fournisseurs et prestataires informatiques</li><li>Former le personnel à l’utilisation des outils informatiques</li><li>Veiller au respect des standards et procédures informatiques du groupe</li></ul> Qualifications Profil recherché :  <ul><li>Formation de niveau Bac +5 en informatique et/ou Master spécialisé en informatique.</li><li>Expérience dans un poste similaire et dans le secteur hôtelier</li><li>Bonne connaissance des logiciels de gestion hôtelière</li><li>Maîtrise des réseaux, systèmes et cybersécurité</li><li>Sens du service et capacité à travailler sous pression</li></ul>Compétences requises : <ul><li>Gestion d’équipe et leadership</li><li>Excellentes capacités de résolution de problèmes</li><li>Organisation et gestion des priorités</li><li>Bonnes compétences en communication</li><li>Connaissance des technologies hôtelières et du support utilisateurs</li></ul>Expérience professionnelle exigée : Minimum 5 à 6 ans d’années d'expérience antérieure en informatique, de préférence en qualité de responsable dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie. </div>
