DHL Global Forwarding – Algeria has an opening for a Senior HRBP where you will develop and administer various HR processes and policies by providing day-to-day HR support and solutions to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain employees to achieve business objectives in line with business needs, overarching HR plans/ policies, best practices and current legislation. In this Senior HRBP position <ul> <li>You will act as a consultant, advising Business Managers and employees on various HR disciplines at the local level.</li> <li>You will undertake a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including complex and non-routine matters that require background research, such as providing legal guidance and analyzing data trends.</li> <li>You will support managers throughout the hiring process, including recruitment, contract management, and onboarding of new employees.</li> <li>You will facilitate the delivery of employee development initiatives and drive employee career development programs.</li> <li>You will conduct performance reviews, preparatory discussions, and performance calibration meetings with managers in line with the defined Performance Management process.</li> <li>You will stay up to date with the latest developments in the HR industry and labor legislation.</li> <li>You will enhance awareness of, and ensure compliance with, company policies, procedures, legal requirements, and regulatory obligations.</li> <li>You will connect with and influence other specialist departments and third parties, such as external service providers.</li> <li>You will influence and persuade others to adopt new concepts, practices, and approaches.</li> <li>You will build strong and trusted cross-functional relationships with DHL managers.</li> <li>You will understand the interests and concerns of customers and key stakeholders, and provide appropriate advice and guidance to direct reports, customers, and key stakeholders.</li> <li>You will provide technical HR guidance and support to line managers and employees.</li> </ul> Now, here’s what we need from you Education Level <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree</li> <li>HR Certification</li> </ul> Experience Level <ul> <li>More than 4 years of HR experience</li> <li>Exposure across all key aspects of HR processes, including Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Employee Relations (ER), and Industrial Relations (IR)</li> <li>Strong business understanding and commercial awareness</li> <li>Proven experience in building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships</li> <li>Proven experience in delivering organizational change and transformation projects</li> </ul> We offer: <ul> <li>Opportunities in a global company where you can contribute your ideas and skills to move towards our shared goals.</li> <li>Possible further career development</li> <li>Competitive salary</li> </ul> Why join DHL Global Forwarding?
