<h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> وصف الشركة انضم إلى فندق عضو في شبكة Accor، تجمع المجموعة أكثر من 5,500 فندق، و10,000 مطعم ووجهة أسلوب حياة، في 110 دول. هنا، نؤمن بك وبما تقدمه. هناك العديد من فرص التطور والنمو. كل مشروع، وكل إجراء يساهم في إحداث تأثير إيجابي وملهم لعملائنا وزملائنا وكذلك كوكبنا. معاً نجسد رؤية الضيافة المسؤولة. كن Heartist®، ودع قلبك يقودك في هذا العالم حيث الحياة أقوى. وصف المنصب يضمن مشرف التنظيفات يومياً النظافة والصيانة والعرض التقديمي لا تشوبه شائبة للغرف والمساحات العامة، مع الالتزام الصارم بمعايير Sofitel وLQA (Leading Quality Assurance). يقود، يدرب ويراقب عمل فرق التنظيف ويتأكد من سلاسة التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى، لاسيما Spa & Thalasso، وهي خصوصية المؤسسة. المهام الرئيسية : <ul><li>الإشراف والسيطرة يومياً على نظافة الغرف والأجنحة والمساحات العامة وفقاً للأقسام المخصصة.</li><li>إجراء تفتيشات دورية وتقديم تقارير عن أي انحرافات إلى المديرة العامة.</li><li>توزيع المهام وأقسام التنظيف بين غرف/خادمات الغرف وفق الإشغال ووصول/مغادرة العملاء ذات الأولوية (VIP، مغادرات متأخرة، تدفئة الغرف - turndown).</li><li>تدريب، إشراف وتحفيز فريق التنظيف؛ ضمان دمج الموارد الجديدة والالتزام بإجراءات العمل SOP.</li><li>التأكد من الاستخدام الصحيح وإدارة مواد التنظيف، الغسيل والمعدات، ضمن منطقة تحكم في التكاليف وتطوير مستدام.</li><li>التنسيق مع الاستقبال لضمان توافر الغرف (حالات OPERA: Vacant/Dirty، Clean، Inspected، Out of Order/service) وإدارة الأولويات.</li><li>الإبلاغ ومتابعة تدخلات الصيانة اللازمة في الغرف والمناطق المشتركة.</li><li>التأكد من التنسيق مع Spa & مركز العناية بالجلد لإدارة الغسيل الخاص (روبات، مناشف العناية، الأقمشة التقنية) وصيانة الكبائن ومساحات الراحة.</li><li>المشاركة في الجرد الدوري (الملابس، منتجات الضيافة، المعدات) وإدارة مخزون الطابق/المنطقة.</li><li>المساهمة في تحقيق نتائج الجودة (تدقيقات LQA، آراء العملاء، استبيانات الرضا) واقتراح إجراءات تصحيحية.</li><li>إدارة الأشياء المفقودة وفق إجراء الفندق.</li><li>استبدال المديرة مؤقتاً في غيابها عن المهام التشغيلية اليومية للقسم.</li></ul> المؤهلات الملف المرغوب:  فنادق أو ما يعادلها، ويفضل إكمالها بتكوين في إدارة التنظيف. خبرة لا تقل عن 2 إلى 3 سنوات في التنظيف، بما في ذلك خبرة أولية في الإشراف على فريق، ويفضل في فنادق 4-5 نجوم. إجادة العربية، والفرنسية بطلاقة مطلوبة، والإنجليزية التشغيلية المطلوبة معرفة OPERA مطلوبة؛ إجادة أدوات المكتب الأساسية. المهارات والصفات المطلوبة <ul><li>احساس دقيق بالتفاصيل والنظافة، معايير جودة عالية باستمرار.</li><li>قدرة قيادية فطرية، على تجميع وتدريب وتطوير الفريق.</li><li>تنظيم ودقة وإدارة فعالة للأولويات في ظل ضغوط الوقت.</li><li>روح الخدمة والدبلوماسية في إدارة العلاقات مع الأقسام الأخرى والزبائن.</li><li>السرية واحترام الخصوصية.</li><li>روح المبادرة والاستجابة الفورية للمواقف التشغيلية غير المتوقعة.</li></ul> </div>

Description du poste Le/La Reservation Supervisor est responsable de la gestion quotidienne du service Réservations du Sofitel Thalassa Algiers Club des Pins. Il/Elle veille à l’optimisation des ventes, à l’application des stratégies tarifaires et à la qualité du service client, dans le respect des standards Sofitel et des procédures Accor. Il/Elle encadre l’équipe Réservations afin de garantir une gestion efficace des demandes, d’optimiser le taux de conversion et de maximiser le chiffre d’affaires hébergement, tout en assurant une expérience client fluide et personnalisée.
