<p>Maintain Company’s integrated inventory management system data base to ensure its accuracy, standardization and completeness.</p><br>
<p>Manage the daily inventory operations and ensures that they are in compliance with approved policies and procedures.</p><br>
<p>Lead the follow up and resolve customer concerns, whilst identifies errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures.</p><br>
<p>Work closely with warehouse management to implement warehouse and management systems and integrate best practices and continuous improvement.</p><br>
<p>Monitor and review operational methods to facilitate both qualitative and quantitative improvements within the operation whilst ensuring continuous customer service.</p><br>
<p>Supervise the processing of requisitions and requests to invoice for reimbursements of warehouse codes, complete requisitions for needed materials to assure adequate stock levels.</p><br>
<p>Perform various inventory counts, order supplies and goods as needed.</p><br>
<p>Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies</p><br> <br><br><u><b>Job Responsibilities 2</b></u>

<br><p>Knowledge of the types of materials stored in the Warehouse.</p><br>
<p>Knowledge in storekeeping and warehousing practices including use of pertinent software operations and maintaining accurate records.</p><br>
<p>Knowledge in warehouse control, inventory control and related duties. Knowledge in Office MS, ERP Good communication skills.</p><br> <p>ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.</p><br><br><br><u><b>Job Experience</b></u>
