<p>Manage individual and group reservations via phone, email, and other channels. Record, modify, and cancel reservations in the hotel system. Verify availability, rates, sales conditions, and cancellation policies. Respond to customer inquiries and advise them on their choices. Ensure follow-up on reservations until the client's arrival. Coordinate with reception, sales, revenue management, and accommodation departments. Ensure the accuracy of entered information and adherence to procedures. Identify upselling opportunities: room categories, services, offers, etc. Manage special requests and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure follow-up on files, payments, guarantees, and rate conditions. Participate in optimizing the hotel's occupancy rate and revenue.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Training in hotel management, tourism, or a similar field. Good command of IT tools and ideally a hotel management software (OPERA PMS). Experience in the hotel sector required. Fluency in foreign languages (English, French).</p>
