To monitor the resolution of reservations made by the procurement committee in consultation with the secretariat and relevant departments. To draft reports on the work of the procurement control committees. To ensure the application of applicable regulations, notes, and instructions by the committees. To file and archive committee minutes and all documents related to the department. To monitor the validity periods of bids submitted by successful bidders.Desired Candidate ProfileUniversity degree in Law, Finance and Accounting, Management Science, and Human Resources Management. Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple files simultaneously. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
