Operate and maneuver the assigned equipment in accordance with the instructions of the Site Manager/Works Supervisor (earthworks, leveling, loading, backfilling, excavation, etc.). Adapt to different types of equipment according to site needs: hydraulic excavator, grader, backhoe loader, bulldozer, and other equipment from the fleet. Perform work with precision and rigor, respecting dimensions, plans, and execution instructions provided. Conduct daily checks of the equipment before and after use (levels, general condition, safety devices) and report any anomalies. Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the equipment, considering the value and newness of the entrusted equipment. Strictly adhere to safety regulations on the construction site and wear personal protective equipment (PPE). Immediately report any incident, breakdown, or malfunction to the responsible person. Fill out tracking documents (daily reports, hourly timesheets, equipment maintenance logbook). Collaborate with other stakeholders present on the site (Team Leaders, Surveyors, other Equipment Operators, etc.).Desired Candidate ProfileHolder of a Safety Certificate for Operating Construction Equipment or an equivalent certification. Proven professional experience of at least 5 years in operating construction equipment, ideally in public works, earthworks, or VRD. Versatility required: ability to operate several types of equipment (hydraulic excavator, grader, backhoe loader, bulldozer, compactor, loader). Experience with equipment from recognized international brands (such as Caterpillar, Hyundai, XCMG, Zoomlion, Liebherr) is highly appreciated. Diversified experience on different types of sites and terrains is a significant asset.TECHNICAL SKILLS:Technical mastery of operating the following equipment: hydraulic excavators, graders, backhoe loaders, and bulldozers. Good reading of leveling markers, execution plans, and site instructions. Knowledge of basic rules of mechanics and preventive maintenance of equipment. Ability to quickly detect a technical anomaly and report it accurately. Attention to detail and precision in work execution, consistent with the value of the new equipment used.BEHAVIORAL SKILLS (SOFT SKILLS):Seriousness, rigor, and great care taken with entrusted equipment. Strong sense of safety, discipline, and strict adherence to instructions. Reliability, punctuality, and attendance. Adaptability to different types of equipment and different site environments.
