<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">Main Tasks:<ul><li>Develop and implement a QHSE corporate policy in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, and ensure its consistent application at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Identify and assess the risks associated with the company's activities and implement preventive measures to minimize or even eliminate them, and ensure their effectiveness.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations regarding quality, hygiene, safety and the environment</li><li>Provide training and awareness to employees regarding policies, procedures and risks associated with their activities in terms of quality, hygiene, safety and environment</li><li>Obtaining certifications to showcase the company and its products</li><li>Establish quality indicators and ensure their monitoring.</li><li>Implement continuous improvement plans and involve teams in change management</li><li>Represent the company to its external partners (suppliers and customers), as well as to regulatory authorities and certification bodies.</li><li>To monitor technological developments, stay informed of innovations and new trends in QHSE activities in order to propose improvement and development projects</li><li>Evaluate and ensure compliance with QHSE requirements for various development projects</li><li>Managing and involving his team in the various projects and missions related to his activity</li><li>To provide advisory services to the various departments of the company</li><li>Reporting on the performance of one's activity to the General Management</li></ul><ul><li>Professional experience : minimum 5 years in a similar position in the agri-food industry</li><li>Having significant experience in the field of quality control</li><li>University degree in quality, food science, biology, food technology chemistry, or equivalent</li></ul>Other Requirements:<ul><li>Having led integrated management certification projects: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22000</li><li>Proven skills in communication, organization, team management and problem-solving</li><li>Analytical and synthesis skills</li></ul>Technical and practical skills:<ul><li>Deploy and manage an integrated management system (Quality, Safety, Environment)</li><li>Conducting internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)</li><li>Develop and monitor QHSE performance indicators</li><li>Implementing plans for the prevention and management of occupational risks</li><li>Ensure regulatory compliance in matters of safety and environment</li><li>Design and deliver QHSE training for teams</li><li>Managing crisis situations (accidents, incidents, major non-conformities)</li><li>Managing crisis situations (accidents, incidents, major non-conformities)</li></ul> </div></section><section>Desired Candidate ProfileMain Mission:/u><ul><li>Ensure the company's compliance with standards and regulations regarding quality, hygiene, safety and the environment, and guarantee occupational safety and health.</li><li>Promoting a culture of responsibility and continuous improvement within the company.
