<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph"><ul> <li>QHSE Manager</li><li> </li><li> Purpose of the position </li> <ul> <li>To define, deploy and manage the QHSE management system in order to guarantee regulatory compliance, the quality of printed products, the safety of people and the control of environmental impacts, while contributing to the overall performance of the company.</li> </ul> <li> Main missions </li> <li> Quality Management </li> <ul> <li>Deploy and maintain the QMS (ISO 9001) adapted to the label printing company. </li> <li>develop, update and enforce quality procedures (pre-press, printing, finishing, shipping).</li> <li>Monitor quality indicators (scraps, rework, non-conformities, customer complaints).</li> <li>Manage customer complaints and conduct corrective/preventive actions.</li> <li>Supervise quality controls of raw materials (substrates, inks, glues) and finished products.</li> <li>Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits (clients, certification bodies).</li> </ul> <li> Hygi ne & S curit </li> <ul> <li>assess and update occupational risks (*DUERP). </li> <li>Implement and monitor prevention plans and safety instructions. </li> <li>Ensure the conformity of workstations (printing machines, solvents, inks, cutting equipment).</li> <li>Organize safety training (PPE, fire safety, first aid).</li> </ul> <li> Environment </li> <ul> <li>To deploy an EMS (ISO 14001 or internal market). </li> <li>Monitor waste management (paper/film scraps, solvents, inks, hazardous waste).</li> <li>Implement actions to reduce the environmental footprint (energy consumption, water, waste).</li> <li>Ensure compliance with environmental regulations. </li> <li>Participate in co-responsible initiatives (labels, certifications, customer requirements).</li> </ul> <li> Conformit & am lioration continue </li> <ul> <li>Ensure regulatory compliance in QHSE. </li> <li>Deploy continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 5S, root cause analysis). </li> <li>Participate in industrial projects (new equipment, new products). </li> <li>Raising awareness and involving staff in QHSE issues. </li> </ul> <li> Responsabilit s cl s </li> <ul> <li>Garantir la conformit r glementaire QHSE. </li> <li>Reduce non-quality, accidents and environmental impacts. </li> <li>to be the QHSE contact person for clients, suppliers and authorities. </li> <li>To contribute to the brand image and sustainable performance of the company.</li></ul></ul></div></section>

The role encourages projects to apply environment principles and participate in sustainable development programs and activities at local, regional, and international levels; and keeps abreast of international developments that can contribute to environmental best practices. Job Responsibilities 1 Perform environmental assessments to identify potential risks, hazards, and impacts on health and safety. Develop and implement environmental management plans to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor environmental performance and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Investigate environmental incidents, accidents, and non-compliance events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Provide environmental training and awareness programs to employees and contractors to promote a culture of environmental responsibility and compliance. Manage hazardous materials and substances safely, including storage, handling, transportation, and disposal. Conduct air and water quality monitoring to assess environmental impacts and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct environmental impact assessments for new projects, facilities, or operations to evaluate potential environmental risks and impacts. Obtain environmental permits and approvals for activities, facilities, or projects in accordance with regulatory requirements. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, communities, and environmental groups, to address environmental concerns and build positive relationships. Job Responsibilities 2 Additional Responsibilities 3 Job Knowledge & Skills In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and standards, including those related to air quality, water quality, waste management, and pollution prevention. Ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential environmental hazards, evaluate their impact on health and safety, and develop effective mitigation strategies. Proficiency in using various environmental monitoring techniques and equipment to assess air and water quality, soil contamination, and hazardous material exposure. Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) to develop, implement, and maintain effective HSE programs. Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with stakeholders to address environmental concerns and promote compliance. ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
