<p>Manage individual and group reservations via phone, email, and other channels. Record, modify, and cancel reservations in the hotel system. Verify availability, rates, sales conditions, and cancellation policies. Respond to customer inquiries and advise them on their choices. Ensure follow-up on reservations until the client's arrival.
