Responsibilities related to staff health: Organize and monitor pre-employment and periodic medical examinations in collaboration with occupational health services. Monitor the application of hygiene rules and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Define and monitor procedures for preventing occupational risks (chemical, physical, ergonomic, biological). Supervise awareness campaigns on health, hygiene, and safety at work. Authority to order the cessation of any activity deemed dangerous to personnel or the environment. Authority to demand the immediate implementation of corrective and preventive HSE actions.
