Supervise the cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of all hotel public areas (lobby, corridors, restaurants, Spa/Thalasso, exteriors), in accordance with Sofitel standards, under the responsibility of the Housekeeping Manager. Main Responsibilities: Participate in the recruitment and training of Public Area Attendants. Contribute to the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleaning public areas. Establish cleaning schedules and frequencies by zone. Participate in the inventory of equipment and cleaning products necessary for public areas. Contribute to final inspections before opening (deep cleaning). Supervise, monitor, and participate in the daily cleaning of public areas and common areas. Conduct regular inspections and record any discrepancies. Coordinate with Maintenance for reporting and follow-up of repairs. Participate in ensuring compliance with Sofitel standards and procedures. Manage the stocks of cleaning products and consumables for public areas. Ensure hygiene compliance in the areas under your responsibility. Train, supervise, and evaluate Public Area Attendants.
