<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <ul> <li>Monitor the execution of the projects belonging to their group technologies and provide the appropriate corrective actions.</li> <li>Report the status of loading of their engineering teams to the Engineering Manager on monthly basis.</li> <li>Supervise the Engineering Software/ Hardware design documents to continuously enhance it.</li> <li>Ensure the quality and timeliness of delivery service to clients.</li> <li>Assign teams to undertake implementation and execution&nbsp;in addition to the installation activities and follows-up on their work.</li> <li>Supervise the testing process including all internal, workshop, factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT).&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare and submit monthly activity reports for his teams to the Engineering Manager.</li> <li>Review weekly progress reports submitted by their team leaders and meet with them to discuss any issues.</li> <li>Monitor and enhance all quality and software coding standards on all project technical activities.</li> <li>Submit staffing needs and hiring plan quarterly to the Engineering Manager.</li> <li>Cooperate with Presales team to carry out site survey, technical presentation, clarification meetings and technical solution verification</li> <li>Liaise with QC team to ensure proper quality level of delivered products / services</li> <li>Coordinate with HSE team to apply ISO 45001 and 14001 standards for all activities carried out by his team</li> <li>Manage teams work planning, operation and internal problems solving to meet with department objectives.</li> <li>Enhance documentation templates related to his group.</li> <li>Ensure that all documents, related to projects handled by his team, are properly saved and archived on company projects portal/server</li> <li>Contribute to the enhancements of the execution work flow.</li> <li>&nbsp;Ensure efficient processes are implemented.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide feedback to the Engineering &amp; Services Manager on the performance of his team leaders as input into their performance evaluations.</li> <li>Assess skills, knowledge, and abilities of candidates to make to identify developmental needs</li> <li>Provide generic guidance and technical support to his teams.</li> <li>Responsible for growing technical knowledge on existing and new offerings within his team</li> <li>Responsible to assign an SME within his team to be a reference for each product (offering) delivered by his team</li> <li>Plan and manage in-house and external training and development activities for his team</li> </ul> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5"> Preferred candidate </h2> <div class="row is-m v-align-top t-small bg-mute"> <div class="col is-3 p5" data-automation-id="label_Years_of_experience"> <b>Years of experience</b> </div> <div class="col is-9 p5" data-automation-id="data_Years_of_experience"> 13+ years </div> </div>
