Position Title : Senior Quantity Surveyor 1. Scope of Responsibilities Support for all activities related to quantity survey related to: i. Quantity measurement for Subcontractor’s work, Client Variations and other Commercial support. ii. Download disciplines BOQs from SCMS and track changes at 30% / 60% / 90% and final Model Reviews Keeping back up record of completed works in comparison to Awarded BOQs. iii. Approval of Subcontractor interim payments (Quantities and Rates). iv. Approval of quantities related to any variation or claims. v. Approval on final measurement of quantities. vi. Communication and getting directions from Manager-Quantity Surveyor during project construction phase until close-out. 2.
