The position provides engineering support at the assigned site location ensuring compliance with company standards, industry codes and operational requirements.  Major Duties and Principle Areas: •    Demonstrate solid experience in mechanical, piping and pipeline engineering design in the oil and gas industry, preferably with a reputable oil and gas company / engineering consultancy / EPC contractor. •    Supports piping, pipeline, mechanical (static and rotating equipment) engineering needs across the Upstream Facilities organization. •    Conducts detailed technical evaluations to resolve issues in collaboration with engineering consultants, operations and maintenance team. •    Performs routine engineering work independently and address complex problems with the guidance of Engineering Team Lead and Engineering Manager. •    Provides technical assistance to Root Cause Failure Analysis teams. •    Review project and engineering contractor deliverables to ensure compliance with project specifications, design practices, company standards, and best engineering practices.  •    Deliverables may include P&IDs, piping arrangements, piping material specifications, pipeline engineering deliverables, stress analysis reports, specification and data sheet for static equipment (pressure vessel, package equipment and storage tank) and rotating equipment (pump and compressor), vendor proposals, and technical studies. •    Participates in design reviews, risk assessments, HAZOPs, vendor qualification, and vendor bid evaluations (TBE). •    Supports functional initiatives and maintains discipline documentation in line with Company (GB) standards.  •    Develop engineering and project scope of works, ensuring deliverables comply with the applicable codes, standards, statutory and corporate requirements.                     •    Act as technical authority for Company (GB) in the mechanical engineering discipline, providing technical leadership and approval across design/engineering, fabrication, construction, inspection & testing, installation, commissioning & start-up. •    Support other GB departments including Operation, Production, Maintenance, HSE etc. •    Ensure design integrity during fabrication through proper handling of site queries and proper application of QA/QC processes. •    Familiar with Factory acceptance testing (FAT) requirements, procedure development and approval.  Attend FAT as required.   •    Fully familiar with relevant design codes and standards including ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, API 5L, ASME Section VIII Div. 1 & 2, API 650, API 653, API 610 API 617 and API 618. •    Familiar with mechanical and piping engineering discipline software (like Aspect Pressure Vessel, CAESAR II and Navisworks) .  •    Responsibilities also include working as Project Engineer / Leader for Mechanical related projects at GB sites (as assigned by your line manager), managing brown field modification projects.  •    Focus on the successful execution of the projects ensuring that they are on time, within budget and in accordance with; agreed project requirements, company specifications & standards and Algerian Regulatory requirements.  •    Coordinate discipline interfaces across project phases and direct the contractor design efforts, considering safety, startup, cost and constructability. •    Work within a multi-disciplined engineering team and interface with other GB departments. •    Provides technical mentorship to junior engineers in the piping, pipeline, equipment discipline. •    Continuously develop technical expertise in relevant technologies. •    Following the MOC process to management for technical and commercial review/approval. •    Prepare budget and estimates for outline project costs. This role owns the entire product surface: the console through which advertisers and agencies run their campaigns. The Role You will own the frontend of the platform end to end the advertiser and agency console where campaigns, audiences, creatives and reports come to life. This is the most visible part of the build and, today, the least finished; you will have real ownership and a large surface to shape.1. The Advertiser & Agency Console.** Build and own the product UI: campaign and line-item management, inventory, creative assets, reporting dashboards, account and admin modules, and the conversational agent interface. You are responsible for how the product feels to use.2. A Typed, Contract-First Client.** Our frontend consumes the backend through a typed, contract-first client. You keep the contract tight: no drift between what the backend promises and what the UI assumes.3. A Real Design System.** The product is standardising on a proper design system. You will own its implementation, keep components consistent, accessible and internationalised (FR / EN / AR), and work with the studio on the visual direction rather than reinventing it per screen.4. The Role You will own the platform and delivery infrastructure end to end the clusters, the infrastructure-as-code, the delivery pipelines, and the operational guarantees behind them. In a lean team, reliability is not a separate department; it is a discipline you carry for everyone.<ul><li>1. Infrastructure as Code. Own the cloud footprint through infrastructure-as-code and a GitOps workflow. Infrastructure is declared, reviewed and versioned like any other code no click-ops, no undocumented state.</li><li>2. Delivery Pipelines.Own CI/CD. Builds are reproducible, deployments are predictable, and rollbacks are boring. You make shipping a non-event.</li><li>3. Reliability, Performance & DR.
