<p>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE </p><br>
<ul>
<li>Education: B.Sc. in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.</li>
<li>Professional experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.</li>
<li>Technical competencies: Chemistry, cementing and drilling mud competencies.</li>
<li>Behavioural competencies: Ability to work under pressure and stressing conditions, team leader player, proactive, bold, creative and able to work in a multicultural environment, cross functional capabilities.</li>
<li>Other competencies: Fluent in English, knowledge of French language is an asset.</li>

<li>Optimize Drilling Fluids & cement job / Manage consumption & operations.</li>
<li>Minimize F&C NPT: operations anticipations, logistic, supervision.</li>
<li>Ensure all Company rules and Guidelines for fluids and cement are followed (safety stock)</li>
<li>Conduct and review Fluids and cement related programs.</li>
<li>Ensure no shortage of chemicals Vs prognosed – Managed inventory.</li>
<li>Be involved in planning and all logistics relative to the operations.</li>
<li>Ensure Safety and Security of Personnel and Installation are applied.</li>
<li>Supervise execution of plans, programs, and operations. Perform Technical and Operational feed backs and analysis.</li>
<li>Follow up, analyze, and validate data and reporting of well operations</li>
<li>Follow up mud and cement operations on site.</li>
<li>Analyse risks, anticipate potential issues, propose alternatives</li>
<li>Control service ‘providers’ performance for safety and efficiency.</li>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>As the Head of Automation you will have comprehensive experience in automated studio production and gallery directing, possessing strong supervisory and management capabilities, who can handle recruitment, training, and management of all staff within the Automation section. You will be primarily tasked with the automating directing and operations of all galleries, special events, and special news coverage, including critical zones.
