les efforts du Gouvernement algérien en matière de gouvernance démocratique, de justice et d’État de droit, conformément au Cadre de Coopération pour le Développement Durable (CCDD 2023–2027) et aux Objectifs de Développement Durable, notamment les ODD 5 (égalité des genres) et 16 (paix, justice et institutions efficaces). </p><br> <br> <p>Dans ce cadre, le PNUD met en œuvre plusieurs projets en partenariat avec le Ministère de la Justice, la Direction Générale de l’Administration Pénitentiaire et de la Réinsertion (DGAPR) ainsi que la Cour Constitutionnelle, visant à renforcer l’accès à la justice, promouvoir les droits humains et soutenir l’intégration de l’approche genre dans les politiques publiques. </p><br> <br> <p>Les principales interventions incluent : </p><br> <br> <p><strong>1.Projet « Appui à la réinsertion sociale des détenus – phase 2 (PARSD) »</strong> </p><br> <br> <p>Le projet vise à augmenter les chances de réinsertion sociale des détenus, notamment les détenus radicalisés et les femmes détenues, en accompagnant la DGAPR dans : </p><br> <br> <ul> <li>le renforcement de la coopération entre les services d’évaluation et d’orientation et les services extérieurs, </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>la mise en place de conditions adaptées à la prise en charge des détenus radicalisés, </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>le renforcement de la prise en charge spécifique
