<p>Develop actions to increase the hotel's revenue and improve its commercial performance. Participate in the development and implementation of the hotel's commercial action plan. Professional experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a commercial role. Good knowledge of the hotel market, different commercial segments, and the competitive environment.</p>

<p>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations on the hotel's equipment and facilities. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical faults and malfunctions. Conduct technical checks and rounds of installations to detect anomalies and prevent potential failures. Ensure the monitoring and maintenance of technical equipment such as pumps, motors, ventilation systems, and generator sets.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Professional experience of 5 years or more in a similar role. Technical training in the field of electromechanics, industrial electricity, or industrial maintenance. Sense of responsibility, rigor, and organization.</p>

Verify the consistency between operational systems (PMS, POS, etc.). Identify and analyze revenue discrepancies. Verify that the various transactions are properly justified and approved.
