The role will also include&nbsp;responsibility&nbsp;for supporting&nbsp;data analytics&nbsp;projects in the African region and participating in global OEC&nbsp;monitoring&nbsp;and&nbsp;data analytics&nbsp;projects.</p><br><br><p><b>Main Responsibilities</b>:</p><br><br><p><u>Monitoring:</u></p><br><br><ul><li>Work with affiliate OEC in each country to create annual&nbsp;monitoring&nbsp;plans based on the pre-monitoring&nbsp;risk assessment&nbsp;–&nbsp;Compliance&nbsp;Activity Ranking (CAR) files.</li><li>Analyze CAR details across affiliates/divisions/activities to identify&nbsp;trends&nbsp;and&nbsp;potential&nbsp;misalignments in&nbsp;risk assessment&nbsp;criteria applied in different affiliates.</li><li>Support/execute quarterly&nbsp;monitoring&nbsp;in multiple affiliates, including identification of transactions available for&nbsp;monitoring; selection of samples according to appropriate criteria;&nbsp;communication&nbsp;with affiliate&nbsp;Finance&nbsp;and business teams to obtain supporting&nbsp;documentation&nbsp;for selected samples;&nbsp;analysis&nbsp;of documents and completion of&nbsp;monitoring&nbsp;tests and&nbsp;templates; and recommendation of&nbsp;monitoring&nbsp;findings and incidents of non-compliance&nbsp;and proposed&nbsp;remediation.</li><li>Support/execute Third Party&nbsp;Monitoring&nbsp;program.</li><li>Working with affiliate OEC, prepare&nbsp;reports&nbsp;and&nbsp;presentations&nbsp;based on&nbsp;monitoring&nbsp;results for Affiliate&nbsp;Compliance&nbsp;Committees and other&nbsp;business presentations.</li><li>Report&nbsp;monitoring&nbsp;results to global OEC&nbsp;monitoring&nbsp;team, including entry of Incidents of Non-Compliance&nbsp;into global OEC&nbsp;tracking system.</li><li>Centralize design and delivery of compliance training based on identified risks; ensure policies effectively communicated and understood across affiliates.</li><li>Other tasks related as assigned.</li></ul><p><u>HCP Spend, Expense Report, and&nbsp;Pre-Approval systems Analytics:</u></p><br><br><ul><li>Support affiliate OEC in use of Power BI&nbsp;databases&nbsp;to identify transactions and&nbsp;trends&nbsp;of interest for&nbsp;monitoring&nbsp;or other follow-up/investigation.</li><li>Import&nbsp;data from regional OEC event approval systems (e.g., GPAS) and Power BI and perform&nbsp;analytics.</li><li>Monitor events and HCP/HCI records for anomalies and perform system maintenance and cleanup as needed.</li><li>Other tasks related as assigned.</li></ul><p><b>Minimum Requirements:</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Relevant experience in&nbsp;compliance, audit,&nbsp;data analytics&nbsp;and/or&nbsp;business intelligence&nbsp;area strongly preferred.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in&nbsp;economics,&nbsp;finance, business, or equivalent is preferred</li><li>Minimum 3 years’&nbsp;relevant work experience with compliance within Pharma or Medical</li><li>MUST have a good command of ENGLISH</li><li>Familiarity and/or work experience with medical devices and/or pharmaceutical&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;rules and practices strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong&nbsp;English&nbsp;language skills, including the ability to write clearly in&nbsp;English and&nbsp;communicate effectively in a multi-national&nbsp;working environment</li><li>Strong&nbsp;Microsoft Excel&nbsp;and Power BI skills, including working with large data sets; loading,&nbsp;manipulating,&nbsp;analyzing data;&nbsp;designing&nbsp;visualizations and dashboards.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.</li><li>Collaborative&nbsp;mindset,&nbsp;team player.</li><li>Comfortable interacting with people from all around the region and the US and working with documents in&nbsp;multiple languages&nbsp;using commonly available&nbsp;translation&nbsp;tools.</li></ul><br><br> </div>
