<ul><li>Perform routine preventative maintenance on high-speed geotextile looms, tufting machines, and slitting equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency and minimize downtime.</li><li>Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in complex weaving and extrusion machinery, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and schematics.</li><li>Conduct scheduled inspections of critical machinery components, identifying and rectifying potential failures before they impact production schedules.</li><li>Maintain precise calibration of machinery settings, including tension control, speed regulation, and temperature monitoring, to meet stringent geotextile product specifications.</li><li>Execute emergency repairs on production lines, swiftly troubleshooting and resolving issues to restore functionality with minimal disruption to output.</li><li>Manage inventory of spare parts for specialized geotextile manufacturing equipment, ensuring availability of critical components and optimizing stock levels.</li><li>Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and parts used in a detailed and accurate manner for trend analysis and continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with production teams to understand machinery performance issues and implement effective maintenance solutions.</li><li>Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations during maintenance and repair operations on the factory floor.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and machinery performance through proactive problem-solving and feedback.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Preferably possess atleast a Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Certifications in industrial machinery repair, PLC troubleshooting, or specific equipment manufacturers are preferred.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate 2+ years of hands-on experience maintaining complex industrial machinery, preferably in textile, non-woven, or extrusion manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Exhibit strong proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and hydraulic diagrams.</p></li><li><p>Showcase expertise in troubleshooting and repairing AC/DC motors, VFDs, PLCs, and control systems.</p></li><li><p>Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify root causes of machinery malfunctions.</p></li><li><p>Communicate effectively in English, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues and solutions.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to safety in all work performed.</p></li><li><p>Exhibit physical stamina and dexterity to work in a manufacturing environment, including lifting and maneuvering components.</p></li><li><p>Be a proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.</p></li></ul>
