Paid Advertising (Paid Ads): Design, launch, and manage targeted and effective advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads to generate qualified leads (B2B). Catalog Valorization: Highlight our extensive catalog of solutions (Electronic Security, VOIP, IT) through impactful, clear, and attractive content. Analysis &amp; Reporting: Track campaign performance indicators (KPIs) and propose optimizations to maximize return on investment (ROI).</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent digital culture and understanding of corporate communication codes (affinity with the technology, IT, or B2B sector is a significant plus).</li><li>Advanced mastery of Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms (professional audience targeting, budget management, retargeting).</li><li>Autonomy, rigor, creativity, and ability to translate technical concepts into simple, professional messages.</li><li>First experience or good understanding of B2B codes, trends, and purchasing behaviors in the European market.</li><li>Proficiency in creation tools (Adobe Suite: Photoshop/Illustrator, or Canva Pro) for modern and clean visuals.</li><li>Video editing skills (presentation of technical products, animations/motion design).</li></ul>
