<li>Renforcer l’équipe créative pour la conception et la production de visuels et animations publicitaires performants, en intégrant les dernières innovations en matière d’IA générative (image, vidéo, animation).</li>
<li>Le ou la candidat(e) travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les Creative Strategists et l’équipe média pour transformer les concepts publicitaires en créations impactantes, déclinées sur différents formats (Display, Social, DOOH, Vidéo…). </li>

<li>1. Conception & Production Créative</li>
<li>Création de bannières animées HTML5, vidéos courtes et visuels statiques optimisés pour le programmatique et les réseaux sociaux.</li>
<li>Intégration et animation d’éléments graphiques (images, typographies, icônes, vidéos) en respectant les guidelines des marques.</li>
<li>Utilisation des outils IA (MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Stable Diffusion…) pour générer ou enrichir des assets créatifs.</li>
<li>Mise en place de workflows créatifs hybrides (design traditionnel + génération IA) pour accélérer la production.</li>
<li>2. Collaboration avec l’équipe créative et média</li>
<li>Travailler de concert avec les Creative Strategists pour décliner des concepts en livrables opérationnels.</li>
<li>Adapter les créations aux contraintes techniques des plateformes (DV360, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads…).</li>
<li>Fournir des fichiers sources organisés et optimisés (Photoshop, After Effects, Figma, etc.)</li>
<li>3. Optimisation & Performance Créative</li>
<li> A/B testing visuel : conception de variantes pour mesurer l’impact sur la performance (CTR, conversion, engagement).</li>
<li>Veille et intégration des tendances créatives (motion design, formats innovants, IA générative).</li>
<li>Préparation de gabarits réutilisables pour accélérer la mise en production des futures campagnes.</li>
<li>4. Gestion technique des livrables</li>
<li>Respect des contraintes de poids, résolution et compatibilité pour diffusion programmatique.</li>
<li> Préparation de packages HTML5 complets, vidéos optimisées et exports multi-formats.</li>
<li>Gestion rigoureuse des assets sur notre DAM (Digital Asset Management). </li>
