<p>Gérer l’ensemble des achats des matériaux du chantier des silos : acier, ciment, sable, gravier, structure métallique, équipements de coffrage glissant, système de ventilation et fumigation, convoyeurs, matériel électrique, équipements de sécurité individuelle et autres fournitures du chantier.</p><p>Rédiger les documents de demande de prix (RFQ/RFP), identifier les fournisseurs, réaliser la mise en concurrence, l’évaluation des devis et vérifier les qualifications des prestataires.</p><p>Négocier les prix, modalités de paiement et délais de livraison avec les fournisseurs algériens, rédiger et suivre la signature des contrats d’achat.</p><p>Émettre les bons de commande, suivre la fabrication, le transport et la réception des marchandises sur chantier, garantir l’approvisionnement continu du chantier.</p><p>Gérer le fichier des fournisseurs, conserver les canaux d’approvisionnement fiables, résoudre les litiges sur la qualité, la casse ou la rupture de stock des marchandises.</p><p>Collaborer avec le service financier pour le rapprochement comptable, classement des factures et transmission des dossiers de paiement.</p><p>Coopérer avec le magasin et l’équipe travaux pour vérifier l’entrée des marchandises.</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>

Une expérience sur des projets de silos ou ouvrages hydrauliques est un atout majeur.</p><p>Connaissance du marché local des matériaux de construction algérien, connaissance basique des formalités de dédouanement des marchandises importées est un plus.</p><p>Maîtrise complète du processus achat : demande de prix, appel d’offres, négociation contractuelle, gestion des commandes.</p><p>Maîtrise du français oral et écrit pour échanger directement avec les fournisseurs locaux ; maîtrise des outils bureautiques (tableur Excel).</p><p>Rigueur, résistance au stress, possibilité de résider sur le chantier et respect des plannings du projet.</p></div>
